1.   To be informed of the identity of those serving on our governing board and to expect a code of ethics and prudent judgement to be carried out on the behalf of the area as a whole.

2.   To have access to meetings such as board and committees as well as access to the chambers most recent financial records.

3.   To feel free to ask the chamber questions and receive prompt, truthful and forthright answers.

4.   To expect all relationship between chamber representatives, members & public entities, to be professional and ethical.

5.   To expect relationships between the chamber and other entities to be honest and transparent.

6.   To be informed of our mission and the way we intend to use membership dues, sponsorships, grants, or donated funds.

7.   To be assured that your volunteered time, membership dues, sponsorships, and donations will be used for the purpose to better the chamber and the community through development initiatives.
