I was born in Oregon; I raised my family in Montana and moved to Washington State in 2003, where I worked as a special event coordinator in Tacoma, Washington, for seven years. Through one of the events we produced in 2008, Tall Ships Tacoma, I met a handsome and dashing sailor, and my life changed in ways I never expected (all good)!
Fast forward two years, and I pulled up stakes and moved ALL the way across the country to join him on the Gulf Coast. 2 years after that, we made it official and became Mr. & Mrs. Keith Raisch. After 37 years in the US Coast Guard, upon Keith’s retirement, we purchased a home in the Perdido Area where we live happily with our two dogs and a spoiled cat.
When I first moved to the south, I was a coordinator of the Frank Brown International Songwriters Festival. As a result of the close partnership with the Perdido Key Chamber, I eventually became the event coordinator for the Chamber from 2012 – 2016. After a cancer diagnosis and successful treatment, I took some time off to reset and pursued adventures, including working on a small cruise ship in Alaska. I returned to the Chamber in 2020 and served as executive assistant to the President/CEO. I love the people of Perdido and am so happy to be here to help our community grow while protecting all that makes it such a special place.
