Jennifer (Jenny) Shoaf Richardson grew up on the West side of Pensacola, attending Helen Caro Elementary and Holy Spirit Catholic Church.  She is a Director with Emmanual Sheppard & Condon where she practices Labor and Employment law, primarily for employers of all sizes.  She considers it an honor to assist employers in drafting contracts, putting together Employee Handbook and policies, conducting trainings, and vigorously defending lawsuits and administrative proceedings.  She has recently served as President of the statewide Florida Association for Women Lawyers, a member of the Judicial Nominating Commission for the 4^th Circuit, and a member of the Young Lawyers Division Board of Governors for The Florida Bar.  Her husband Randy is a criminal defense attorney and active in Rotary and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs.  When they are not working, they are spending all the time that they can with their daughter, Ruth Ann (2).
